Carl Albert State College has one main admissions office, located in Poteau and two sites, located in Sallisaw and Idabel,  The main campus at Poteau maintains the academic records of all students.  The campus locations at Sallisaw and Idabel handles admission functions for its students and work cooperatively with the Poteau office to maintain and update student records.
