On Campus Students
Both Poteau and Sallisaw stores accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards.Students are able to charge at the Bookstore if they qualify for scholarships, Pell, student loans, or other grants. To obtain books with this option students must have received an award letter and have all required documents turned in to the Financial Aid Office. Your award must be more than the amount of tuition, fees, and on campus housing (Poteau campus only) to charge at the Bookstore. Bookstore personnel will verify your financial aid and calculate the amount you may charge when you come to get your books.
Students may also charge to "3rd Party Billing". That is if your place of work or another organization has agreed to pay for your books. If this is the case, students are required to bring a copy of a letter from the paying party to the Bookstore when they pick up their books.
Distance Students
If you are more than 50 miles from the Poteau or Sallisaw campus, please the appropriate form below to arrange payment for textbooks that will be shipped.
