Parents may also borrow to pay education expenses for dependent undergraduate students. Maximum loan amounts depend on the students grade level at a college or university.

Federal Work Study (FWS)
Federal Work Study provides jobs for undergraduate students with financial need. CASC receives a specific amount of FWS funds each year.
The Financial Aid Office determines the award amounts based on financial need. Eligible students may work in any participating office or department on campus. Being awarded FWS is not a guarantee of a job. Each department selects the student they want to employ from the eligible applicants obtained from the Financial Aid Office.
Students employed through FWS are paid twice a month and receive their checks in the Business Office. In order to be paid time sheets must be turned in to the Financial Aid Office by the date and time found on the time sheet. For more information about Federal Work Study, please visit the Coordinators Office.
