Graduation & Commencement
Cap and Gowns may be picked up at the Viking Bookstore before Graduation Day. (Not needed for rehearsal)
Phi Theta Kappa members may purchase honors regalia from Annette Staats located in BC 805B (phone 918-647-1398). Note: Students must be a member of Phi Theta Kappa to wear the Honors Regalia (Gold Tassel, Stole, and Cords).
Can't Make Rehearsal? For students who will attend commencement, but are absolutely unable to attend rehearsal must arrive at the Mick Thompson Fitness Center no later than 6:00 PM the night of commencement. Students may go to the information table for your instructions and placement.
Diplomas are printed after semesters end. During the commencement exercise, students will receive a diploma cover. The actual diploma will be mailed to students within 6-8 weeks after semesters end.

Rehearsal for commencement will be Thursday, May 9th, 2013 at 2:00pm in the Mick Thompson Fitness Center. Students who will be attending commencement should make plans to attend rehearsal on Thursday.
Commencement will be Friday, May 10, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Mick Thompson Fitness Center. Students should plan to arrive by 6:30 PM to line up and to receive your announcement card.
