Welcome to the Carl Albert State College Department of Nursing Education.  We offer the two-year Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree.

The Department of Nursing Education faculty are committed to meeting the mission of Carl Albert State College.  We strive to foster within the student, the technical expertise, attitudes and values necessary to competently practice nursing in the evolving health care system.

The Carl Albert State College Nursing Education program is approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.  Graduates of the state approved program are eligible to write the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for Registered Nurse.  The program also is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
