PTA for Albuquerque, New Mexico 
Joining our dynamic team as a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will implement high 
quality physical therapy assistant services for: 
Geriatrics in the Skilled/Long Term Care Nursing Home setting under the supervision 
of a licensed Physical Therapist.  
Geriatric and Long Term Care experience is preferred.  
Paid Time Off & Holidays  
Regular full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits. PTO is an 
accrued benefit that allows employees a certain number of days off per year to use for 
illness, vacation, and personal needs. In the first two years, employees may accrue up 
to 16 days off. In three years, employees will earn 17 days, 18 days by the fifth year, 
and 21 days for any time over five years of employment. Employees are eligible for six 
paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Health and Wellness Benefits  
We are pleased to announce that the company will contribute approximately 75%* 
towards the cost of employee coverage for medical and will contribute approximately 
70%** towards the employee cost for dental coverage. Life Insurance and Accidental 
Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) will also be provided to all employees who 
participate in a comprehensive medical plan at no cost! All regular full-time employees 
are eligible to participate in Skilled Healthcare’s Health & Wellness benefits on the first 
day of the month following thirty days of employment.
Salary starts at $22 to $24/hour depending on experience.
