Annual Cherokee Nation Casino/CASC Scholarship Scramble Set for May 10

Golfers will have an opportunity to help provide scholarships to area students attending Carl Albert State College – Sallisaw by participating in the 12th annual Cherokee Nation Casino/CASC Scholarship Scramble on May 10 in Sallisaw.

The four-person team, 18-hole scramble will be held at Shadow Creek Country Club with registration at 8 a.m. and tee-off at 9 a.m.   Pre-registering for the event is highly recommended.

The entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team. The cost includes cart, greens fee, lunch, beverages and a goodie bag.

The first-place team will win $600, with the second-place team winning $460, wild card drawing for third with team receiving $300. There will be prizes for longest putt, longest drive, closest to the pin, and for holes-in-one on par 3 holes.
