Boy Scout Troop 30 of Poteau at Carl Albert State College for Flag Retirement Ceremony

Boy Scout Troop 30 of Poteau visited the Poteau campus of Carl Albert State College on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 for a Flag Retirement Ceremony.

After members of the troop had breakfast in the Costner Balentine Student Center, several CASC administrators, faculty and staff joined the scouts at the campus entrance for the flag ceremony.

CASC President Jay Falkner and Vice President of Student Affairs Randy Graves both stated their appreciation to the scouts.  President Falkner also shared that he looks forward to having the scouts to campus in the future for other ceremonies and special events.

Members of Boy Scout Troop 30 in attendance included Scoutmaster Jason Bandy, Ty Hill of Heavener, Jaydon Bandy of Poteau, Jace Bandy of Poteau, Donald Earn of Poteau, Luke Kirkes of Poteau, Jet Wilson of Talihina, Blake Spearman of Cameron and Sebastian Sullivant.
