Brittney Free Crowned Miss CASC 2014
Brittney Free from Wister was crowned Miss CASC 2014 on Thursday evening at the annual pageant at Carl Albert State College. As the new Miss CASC, she will represent Carl Albert at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant in June, 2014. She will receive a $1000 cash award for the state competition wardrobe and travel, plus a full tuition waiver at CASC.
Contestants finishing in other top categories include First Runner Up, Sarah Lasiter of Sallisaw; Second Runner Up, Natalee Frederick of Muldrow; Third Runner Up, Caitlin Sawney of Sallisaw; and Fourth Runner Up, Rachel Rice of Cameron.
The Crowd Pleaser Award went to Brittney Free, and Natalee Frederick won the Swimsuit competition. The Miss Congeniality Award was presented to Rachel Rice, and the Talent competition award went to Sarah Lasiter.
Miss CASC 2013, Sadie Watkins, was on hand to crown Miss CASC 2014. Other contestants were Emily Peterson of Fort Smith, Makayla McGehee of Muldrow, Candice Allison of Muldrow, Mckensey Matlock of Poteau, Cheyenne Spencer of Gans, Madison Stacy of Howe, Sydney Stevens of Stigler, Taylor Goedecke of Kansas, Audra King of Buffalo Valley, and Rachel Lowe of Poteau.
