Brooke Youngblood – CASC Success
Brooke Youngblood, daughter of Richard and Andrea Youngblood, is a 2016 graduate of Carl Albert State College. She earned a degree in pre-elementary education and plans to transfer to East Central University to continue her path to being an elementary teacher. She graduated from Smithville High School prior to attending CASC.
“The people in the CASC English Department helped me get where I am today,” stated Brooke. “They took time out of their busy schedules to push me to be the best student and individual I could be.”
While at CASC, Brooke was a member of the Scholars Program, S.W.A.T. Program, Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM), Student Government Association, and a Residential Assistant.
Brooke explained that she attended Carl Albert because it is quite affordable, and a very safe environment for students to discover who they are as individuals. She concluded, “With the BCM, it is also a great way to grow in your faith with other believers. I would highly recommend Carl Albert State College to any student wanting to succeed not only in the classroom, but also in life.”
