Carl Albert State College Phi Theta Kappa Chapter at Regional Convention

The Carl Albert State College Alpha Delta Lambda Chapter co-hosted the Phi Theta Kappa Regional Convention at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.   The convention was previously scheduled for February 27-28, but was postponed due to inclement weather.

The event and was attended by two CASC advisors, four officers, two officer-elects, and two members of the Carl Albert chapter. The Alpha Delta Lambda Chapter was recognized as a 5-Star Chapter – the highest ranking awarded.   During the Awards Ceremony, Alpha Delta Lambda was ranked in the Top 5 for “Honor’s in Action,” “College Project,” and “Most Distinguished Chapter Officer” awards, resulting in being in the Top 5 for the “Most Distinguished Chapter” in the region.  The Carl Albert chapter received a First Place Best Project trophy for the Honor’s in Action theme 6: Frontiers of Temporal and Spatial Physics.
