For the safety of our students, the Office of Admissions offers three ways students can order a transcript:

1) The quickest way to order a transcript is online (click here to be redirected to National Student Clearinghouse website). For a $5.00 fee, students can order and track the online delivery of their CASC transcript to another site. This service is typically processed/delivered in 1-2 business days.

2) Current CASC students can request their transcript be mailed to another college/agency when using their CASC email account. Simply, in your email, provide us with your full name and last 4-digits of your SSN or date of birth and email your request to admissions@carlalbert.edu. Tell us specifically where to mail the transcript (name of the college/agency, office, address, city, state, zipcode, maybe contact person).

3) Any former student can submit a “Transcript Request” (click here for standard form) with their picture ID to the Office of Admissions. Admissions will mail their transcript to the college/agency of your choice. This service is free of charge and typically processed/mailed in 3 business days. There is not currently a deadline on having all items removed from the residence halls.  The Office of Student Affairs will reach out to all residential students to schedule an appointment for removing personal items from the dorms.

For now, all events are cancelled.  Students will be notified if the Conference makes the decision to reschedule games.

 

Students will find special instructions for enrolling during the COVID-19 restriction period on the website.  The page can be visited by going to https://www.carlalbert.edu/enrollment/.  Enrollment advisors are also available via phone and email.

All current and potential students are able to begin and complete the financial aid process online by visiting https://www.carlalbert.edu/financialaid/.  Financial aid counselors are available via phone and email for any questions.  A directory for counselors can also be found at this link.

Commencement is postponed at this time, and the new date will be announced when it is determined.  All other campus activities, at both Poteau and Sallisaw, are cancelled.
