What is Vikeconnect (JICS)?

Vikeconnect (JICS) is a web interface portal that allows you to access your student billing, grades, schedule, and financial aid information contained in the student information system used by Carl Albert State College. The software system that houses the data, PX, is the product of Jenzabar Inc. of Boston, MA. Vikeconnect (JICS), also a product of Jenzabar, is utilized to allow students, faculty, and staff to pull information from the PX student information system to the desktop browser.

What’s my user ID?

You will not have a Vikeconnect account unless you have enrolled into a course at Carl Albert State College. Once you have enrolled in a class, in order to retrieve your user ID and set password, go to http://my.carlalbert.edu, click on the “Reset Password” link located at the upper right hand side of the page. Then follow the instructions provided. You must fill in your information in the exact format provided by the examples to the left of the text boxes. You will need to know your studentid and ssn in order to set password and retrieve username.

What’s my initial password?

In order to access your Vikeconnect account you will have to reset your password.  Once you have enrolled in a class, in order to set password, go to http://my.carlalbert.edu, click on the “Reset Password” link located at the upper right hand side of the page. Then follow the instructions provided. You must fill in your information in the exact format provided by the examples to the left of the text boxes. You will need to know your studentid and ssn in order to set password.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

In order to reset your password, go to http://my.carlalbert.edu, and click on the “Reset Password” link located at the upper right hand side of the page. Then follow the instructions provided. You must fill in your information in the exact format provided by the examples to the left of the text boxes. You will need to know your studentid and ssn in order to reset password.
I know my User ID and Password, what next?

Click on the Vikeconnect link at the top of the CASC homepage and then click on log in near the top right corner of the webpage.  Input you’re User ID and password to access your student account From there you can check your class schedule, profile info, grades, transcript, account balance, etc.

To log a helpdesk support request, you may call us at 918-647-1360 or please go to http://support.carlalbert.edu and create a support ticket. TIS support will contact you within 24 hours after submission.
